Ingredients

Five Spice and Apple Salmon

  • 1 side of salmon (with or without skin)

  • 1 cup Gefen Apple Pie Filling (chop the apple pieces so that the flavor is more distributed)

  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder

  • 2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

Directions

Prepare Five Spice and Apple Salmon

Wash and dry the salmon and place on a baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and slather on the fish.

3.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes depending on how well done you like your fish.Serve warm sprinkled with sliced scallions.
