Refresh yourself with a sweet smoothie made from apples.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 medium Red Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced

  • 3 cups orange juice

  • 3 cups ice

  • 1 and 1/2 cups frozen raspberries, defrosted

Directions

Prepare the Apple Shake

1.

Combine apples, orange juice, ice, and raspberries in a blender and blend for about five minutes or until completely smooth. Divide between four glasses and serve immediately.
