A mix of our favorite desserts- churros and s’mores!
1 pkg of square wonton wrappers
3– 3.5-oz bars of dark/milk chocolate
1/2 bag of mini marshmallows
3/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1 egg, whisked in a bowl
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of Graham crackers crumbs
3 Tbl cinnamon
Oil for frying
Start by lining a tray with wax paper. Lay a few wonton wrappers on tray to fill. Keep the rest of the wrappers covered with a damp towel until ready to use.
Place 1 piece/square of chocolate, 3 mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of graham crackers on each wonton. Brush edges with egg wash, fold and seal. Continue until all wonton wrappers are filled. Freeze wontons on the tray until solid and ready to fry.
Meanwhile, prepare the crumbs. Mix all ingredients together in a shallow dish and set aside.
Heat oil to 325–350 degrees Fahrenheit. (Be cautious-a few wontons may open up.) Carefully drop a few wontons into the hot oil. Fry for about 30 seconds on each side. Once they are lightly browned, take them out of the oil and drop them into the sugar mixture. Toss until fully coated. Serve immediately.
