Fruity Chicken

Directions

1.

Place chicken in pan or Dutch oven. Sprinkle onions over chicken.

2.

Combine fruit, juices, water and salt and pour over chickens.

3.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours. If cooking on top of stove, simmer over low heat for one and a half hours.

Variations:

Sauce can be used for meat, meatballs, or roast.
