Ingredients

garlic confit with marrow bones

  • 2 marrow bones

  • oil to cover

  • 3 heads of garlic, peeled

Directions

Prepare the Garlic Confit With Marrow Bones

Preheat oven to 180c/350f.

Lay everything on a roasting pan, add oil to cover the garlic. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
