Okay, c’mon. Who doesn’t like garlic mayo in their schnitzel sandwich? Try it once, and you’ll never eat a schnitzel sandwich without it again.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Garlic Mayo

  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until combined. Can be kept in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Tip:

For best results, always use regular mayonnaise in mayo-based sauces.
