This creamy garlicky sauce is an easy way to liven up your standard, same-old pasta dish.

Prepare the Pasta

  1. Bring salted water to a rolling boil and add dry pasta. Cook according to taste - some people like it softer.

  2. While pasta cooks, brown garlic in olive oil until golden.

  3. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.

  4. Stir in olive oil and garlic, sour cream, cheeses, parsley.

  5. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a bit of pasta water to make sauce creamy. Serve warm.
