Ingredients

Garlicky Miso Tofu

  • 1 pack miso tofu (or any marinated tofu, or see note for using plain tofu)

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 large carrot

  • 2-3 cups water

Directions

1.

Fill saucepan with two to three cups of water. Bring to a boil.

Peel and slice veggies. Then, add all ingredients to a hot pot. Cook until vegetables are soft.

Notes:

You can make this with regular firm/extra firm tofu too. If you do, mix a drop of soy sauce and brown sugar into the pot to enhance the flavor.
