2 sticks margarine, cubed, chilled
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1 cup and 2 tablespoons ground almonds
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons Gefen Confectioners Sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
Mix flour, ground almonds, and margarine by hand.
Shape into balls and then flatten to logs. Shape ends to form horn shape.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes. Let cool for five minutes.
Mix confectionary sugar and vanilla sugar. Coat the cookies into sugar mixture, shaking off excess sugar.
