1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup regular sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1egg
1 cup flour
1/2 or 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/4 cups rice crispy
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or craisins
Cream oil and sugar until fluffy. Add honey vanilla and eggs mix well . Gradually add flour cinnamon baking powder and salt to cream mixture. Stir in oats nuts and chocolate chips cereal craisins . Press mixture with wet hands in to a lined 9 by 13 .
Bake 350 25 minutes until lightly brown. Cut while warm.
