1 and 1/2 pounds string beans, washed and trimmed
4 zucchini, unpeeled, scrubbed
4 stalks dark green celery
6 cups water
salt, to taste
Steam string beans, zucchini, and celery, preferably using steamer basket. Cook until well done, but not overcooked.
Blend vegetables with water. Add salt for desired taste.
