Ingredients

Grilled Chicken

  • 12 chicken cutlets

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • salt and pepper

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Prepare the Grilled Chicken

Heat a grill pan so it gets really hot.

Mix together the spices and oil so you get a nice paste, add the chicken cutlets to it and mix well. Place each cutlet on the hot pan and cook on each side until ready with grill lines. (Each thickness of cutlet needs different times.)
