Grilled Flatbread

This grilled artisanal flatbread will bring the "wow" factor! Definitely an update from plain pizza on Thursday night.

  1. Roll out the pizza dough until it is very thin. Grill it on a greased grill pan, grilling it on a few minutes each side until it has fully cooked through.

Top and Bake

  1. Shmear the grilled flatbread with a generous amount of scallion cream cheese.

  2. Crush the walnuts into little pieces and scatter a handful on top.

  3. Slice the beets and layer over the cream cheese.

  4. Scatter bits of goat cheese and mozzarella cheese on top, then bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about ten to fifteen minutes or until all the cheese has melted.

  5. Garnish with fresh arugula. For an extra burst of flavor, drizzle a small amount of honey over the whole flatbread. Slice into pieces and enjoy!
