Here’s a moist and delicious healthier banana bread. (Serves 8)

Ingredients

Healthy Banana Bread

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/2 cup liquid honey

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup canola oil

  • 1 scoop vanilla sugar

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 1/2 cups all- purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 F

Combine mashed bananas with wet ingredients until all Incorporated. Gradually add dry ingredients.

Pour batter into loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Place into preheated oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
