Ingredients

Healthy Breakfast Shake

  • a few chocolate chips

  • a few raisins

  • some sliced almonds

  • 2 dates

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1/2 cup puffed millet

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 2 cups of almond milk or your favorite parve milk

Directions

1.

Put all ingredients in blender.

2.

When it looks all blended, take out and serve.
