Healthy simple green shake

  • pack of spinach

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 squeeze of a lemon

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • half of an avocado, optional

Directions

Prepare the Healthy Simple Green Shake

Blend all ingredients together. If it’s too thick, add more water. (Optional: top it off with some ice cubes).
