  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 egg

Directions

Make the Soup

1.

Bring first four ingredients to a boil, cook for five minutes.

2.

Beat egg well. Add thin stream of boiling liquid to egg, beating vigorously to avoid curdling.

3.

Add egg to cherry soup, mix well.

4.

Serve chilled.
