Homemade Pita Bread

Directions

1. Combine dry ingredients
2. Add oil and water
3. Mix well
4. Cover
5. Let rise for 1.5 to 2 hours
6. Cut into 6 equal parts (pizza pie style)
7. Form into nice balls
8. Cover
9. Let rise for another 30 minutes
10. Roll into 6″ circles
11. Cover
12. Let rise for another 15 minutes
13. Bake for 2-3 minutes
14. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy
