crushing the cornflakes roughly so they’re not too crushed is what gives this chicken delicious crunch factor.
8 chicken drumsticks
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cups partially crushed corn flakes
line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside. in a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard and mayo. place the crushed corn flakes in a separate bowl. smear the drumsticks with a honey mustard mixture, then coat them completely with a crushed corn flakes. lay the chicken on the prepared baking sheet. bake at 375° for about 30 to 35 minutes. drizzle some honey on the drumsticks before serving.
