One side of salmon sea salt to taste onion powder to taste garlic powder to taste paprika taste black pepper to taste for honey mustard sauce 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons honey or Selah 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil
preheat oven to 400° line a baking sheet with parchment paper coat with cooking spray rinse salmon pat dry Place on prepared baking sheet season litely with spices prepare honey mustard sauce in a small bowl combine sauce ingredients spread sauce over salmon prepare the pretzel crumb topping in a small bowl combine topping ingredients sprinkle over honey mustard sauce the coat bake for 35 to 40 minutes uncovered until fish flakes easily garnish with lemon wedges fresh parsley and crushed pretzel crisps
