Ingredients

  • 1 cup kalamata olives

  • (2 tbsp capers)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tbsp crushed garlic

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
