All I have to say is these are SO DELICIOUS and easy.
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup matzah meal
Lightly whisk the eggs.
Add salt and baking powder, and whisk lightly.
Add matzah meal and combine.
Freeze the mixture for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil.
Shape the matzah mixture into balls and drop into the boiling water. Let cook until they float to the top, about 20 minutes.
Add to chicken soup and enjoy!
