Korean BBQ Beef

Prepare the Beef
Preheat oven to 350º F. In a frying pan, sear outside of the meat.
Position the meat in a 9" x 13" pan and place in oven until medium well.
Remove from oven and let sit for 30 minutes. When cool enough to be handled, dice into ½" x ½" cubes.
Prepare the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, white vinegar and honey and stir until even.
Add remaining spices while continuing to stir.
Pour contents of bowl into a saucepan and bring to simmer for 10 minutes.
Place diced cubes of beef on plate and pour sauce on top.
