Layered Meat Kugel


This layered meat and potatoes kugel is like peanut butter and jelly or ketchup and cheese- two things meant to go together. Plus, it looks fancy. Win-win.


Prepare the Kugel

1. Combine ingredients for meat layer. Place into 9- x 13-inch pan.
2. Combine ingredients for potato layer and pour over meat.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for one and a half hours.
