This chocolate cake is a large recipe that make a big, fluffy and rich chocolate cake. This recipe is foolproof, and is sure to please your entire crowd! Serve as is, or top with any frosting of your choice.
Boil water and cocoa and set aside.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and continue beating until peaks form. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Add cocoa mixture, mix gently.
Pour batter into a 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
To avoid beating egg whites, beat eggs, oil and sugar for three to five minutes until creamy. Proceed as above.
