Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 large onion, finely diced

  • 1 jar Tuscanini marinara sauce

  • 2 cartons Tuscanini tomato sauce

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 teaspoon Tuscanini lemon juice

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup honey

Meatballs

  • 2 pounds lean ground meat

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 cup Gefen bread crumbs

For Serving

  • Heaven & Earth Brown Rice Spaghetti, prepared according to package directions

Directions

1.

Sauté onions in a pot. Once simmered, add in all sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil.

2.

Add meatballs. Continue to simmer for 45 minutes.

3.

Serve with spaghetti or rice.

This is it! Going to be my go to recipe from now on! I love that the meatballs are so fluffy it’s perfect to feed a small kid! And the sauce is yum!
