Luxurious milky mouse combined with a crispy, buttery crust and topped with all-time favorite cookies and cream.
20 Oreo sandwich cookies
1 pkg Kedem Tea Biscuits
3/4 stick butter, room temperature
20 Lotus cookies
1 pkg Kedem Tea Biscuits
3/4 stick butter, room temperature
2 boxes unwhipped cream cheese, room temperature
1 instant vanilla pudding
1 c confectioners sugar
2 c heavy cream
2 ou dark milk chocolate
2 Tbsp lotus butter
12-14 additional cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blend cookies and butter for the crust until they resemble fine crumbs. Press into 2 tart pans and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
In a medium bowl whip cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla pudding, confectioners sugar and heavy cream. Blend until it forms a smooth consistency. Pour half of the mousse into each cooled tart and refrigerate them for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the oreo tart.
Melt the lotus butter and drizzle over the lotus tart.
Insert cookies upright into the mousse, spacing them 1 inch apart or as desired.
