insanely good, easy to make, better then restaurant!
beef:
strips of beef
cornstarch
sauce:
sugar ( u can use brown sugar or honey)
soy sauce
orange juice
1-2 garlic cube or powder
1 ginger cube or powder
cornstarch
steam veg:
onion
zucchini
carrots
snap peas
rice noodles
beef:
1. put beef in a ziplock bag, add cornstarch…. shake it to coat.
2. put oil enough to coat the pan on med heat
3. fry beef 1 min per side or until crunchy
4. toss in sauce of your choice (homemade or store brought I like the panda) right before eating
sauce:
1. 1/2 cup sugar in pot on med heat add a 1/4 soy sauce, 2 tablespoons orange juice, a tea of garlic, 1/2 tea ginger
2. bring to a boil
3. mix 1 tblsp cornstarch with 2 tblsp water
4. add slowly to pot while mixing
steamed veg:
1. cut an onion in half and then in moon shapes going with the lines. fry it in a bit of oil till translucent.
2. cube zucchini and add it to the pot with a drop of water. cover and allow to steam for a few min (sprinkle with salt). take off heat when aldente.
3. peel carrots. then peel it in the length to get strips.
4. add the carrots and snap peas to the pot with salt and blk pepper
rice noodles:
cook to package
