This satisfies the sweet and salty craving on a whole new level. Whenever we send it to a simchah, it almost always doesn’t make it to the actual party as its finished beforehand. Beware, these are addictive. Interesting, although loved by everybody, these have developed a cult following with many young Bubbies.
two packages of graham crackers
3 sticks of margarine
1 and 1/2 cups of brown sugar
one bag of 10 ounce mini marshmallows
one bag of chocolate chips
one 8 ounce container of salted cashews (don’t use lightly salted)
Maldon salt, for finishing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Line graham crackers on cookie sheet.
Pour bag of marshmallows then chocolate chips then cashews, making sure that there is even distribution on all the graham crackers.
On medium heat, melt the margarine and brown sugar together and stir to combine.
When combined, pour mixture on top of entire cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until marshmallows are browned and chocolate chips are melted.
Let cool and sprinkle with Maldon salt.
Cut into bars as neatly as possible.
