#1 pesach ice cream
3 eggs-separated
1/3 cup sugar
2 bars rosemary chocolate
1 8 Oz whip topping
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 bar rosemary chocolate chopped
Beat egg whites until fluffy and stiff
add sugar. Melt chocolate. In a separate bowl beat the whip
slowly add egg yolks. Add melted chocolate. Fold in egg white mix. Mix in slivered almonds and chopped chocolate. Freeze.
Makes 2 lb container (32 oz)
