1 loaf gefilte fish, in wrapper
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 carrot, peeled
1 handful salt
3 handfuls sugar (I use agave syrup or monk fruit instead)
black pepper
Preheat oven to bake at 435 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place onions in loaf pan, then add the gefilte fish.
Place the carrot on the side and add the spices.
Fill pan halfway with water and cover tightly.
Bake for one and 1/2 hours.
