Orange Soup

This soup is an amazing, thick, creamy, smooth, deliciousness!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes

  • 3 red potatoes

  • 4 carrots

  • 1 onion

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 1 teaspoon Gefen Oregano

  • 1 bay leaf

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • water

Directions

Make the Soup

1.

Chop all the vegetables and toss into a pot. Add seasonings. Cover with water and bring to a boil.

2.

Simmer, covered, until all the vegetables are soft (about 45 minutes).

3.

Remove the bay leaf. Purée the soup and serve.

Orange Soup Vegetables Do I peel the potatoes before I cook them?

I wouldn’t. They are so tiny. It will melt with cooking.
