1/2 cup margarine OR 1/3 cup oil (I use oil)
3/4 cup brown sugar
Combine in mixer till fluffy.
Add 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla extract and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 & 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt. Gently fold flour into margarine mixture.
Add 1/2 cup white chocolate chips & 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips. Mix well.
Break 12 Oreos into 4-5 pics each and mix BY HAND into the dough.
Form balls and bake on 350 for 8-9 minutes.

NOTES: I always use oil – never tried this recipe with margarine. If you are doubling the recipe (it’s very small), you must add about 3/4 cup more flour. Also, DO NOT double the oreos. You can add some extra chocolate chips if you want. You can use the m

You can add some extra chocolate chips if you want. You can use the mixer on low for everything except the oreos. No need for 2 separate bowls, you can combine all the ingredients in order in one bowl, mixing in between. (If looking for Yashan Oreos, you can use the Israeli ones that are Badatz. They are a little thinner than regular ones though. Otherwise, I like Bloomeos, but you need to check for Yashan…)
