Oriental Green Beans

Prepare the Salad
Steam the string beans. (For variety, steam and add any or all of the optional vegetables.)
Mix together dressing ingredients. Just before serving, toss vegetables with dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
In order to accomodate sesame allergies, substitute olive oil for the sesame oil and omit the sesame seeds.
