Oriental Honey Nut Stir Fry Chicken


A quick and delicious take on Chinese takeout. Chicken stir fry with carrots, celery, and a honey-soy sauce served over rice.


Prepare the Stir Fry

1. Heat oil in large skillet. Stir-fry carrots and celery for three minutes. Remove vegetables from skillet.
2. Place chicken strips into skillet and stir-fry for five minutes. Sprinkle nuts over chicken and cook for 25 minutes.
3. Arrange vegetables among chicken pieces and pour sauce over chicken.
4. Serve with sauce (below) over hot rice.

Prepare the Sauce

1. Combine all ingredients. Serve with chicken.
