1 bag Gefen Organic Chickpeas
1-2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1-2 tablespoons Zeta Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Rinse chickpeas carefully in a colander. Lay out on paper towels to dry completely.
Once the chickpeas are dry, place in a bowl, add the olive oil, and stir gently to coat all of the chickpeas
Add parmesan cheese (or 1/2 to 1 tsp of salt if you’d like to keep them parve), paprika, and onion powder. You can also add any spices you like!
Stir gently again to coat the chickpeas, then lay them in one even layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool completely and gently break apart clusters before enjoying.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
