Party Mix Chicken

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Crush Party Mix in a bag into little pieces, pour into bowl.

3. Mix egg and Worcestershire/soy sauce in a bowl.

4. Add chicken pieces into the egg mixture and coat, and then into the party mix mixture and toss to coat.

5. Melt margarine in microwave, add oil and mix. Pour over chicken to cover.

6. Spread chicken on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes till it starts to brown.
