  • -5 jumbo eggs (if regular eggs put 6 eggs )

  • -1/2cup oil

  • -1/2cup water

  • -1cup sugar

  • -a few sprinkles of lemon zest

  • -about 1 1/2 cups of grinder matzah (make it into crumbs )

  • -2teaspons of baking powder

1-beat the5 eggs

2-pour in the water and mix

3- pour the sugar and mix it good

4-put the grinders matzah in the bowl and mix it

5- but the lemon zest in

6- but the baking powder in the bowl and mix verry verry well

7.

bake at 360 for around 30 min
