1 c soft breadcrumbs
2 tb unsalted butter melted
8 oz. pasta
8-10 oz. baby spinach leaves
3 tb unsalted butter
3 tb all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 ts dried basil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 c shredded mozzarella
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish to fit all that pasta stuff
Cook pasta with boiling water, then dispose of the liquids.
While the pasta boils alive, melt butter in a sauce pan. stir flour into that butter and make it smooth and bubbly. Add cow juice and cook until thick, like a boiling cake batter.
Add spices, you know, to taste.
THROW IN THE GREENS, then pasta.
Put that cheese in there and mix that crap.
(Optional and recommended 1)
Throw shredded cheese on to of it and then toss it in the oven until browned to taste.(20-30 minutes usually)
(Optional 2)
Mix breadcrumbs and melted butter together, put on pasta and then throw it into le oven, brown to taste.(yet again, usually 20-30 minutes)
