This dish yields a 9 X 13 pan and freezes very well.
1 pk. spaghetti, cooked & set aside
1/4 cup oil
2 garlic cubes
3 color peppers, cut into thin strips
1 can baby corn
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoon sugar
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and set aside. In a separate pot, while the pasta is cooking, heat the oil & add the garlic cubes. Add the peppers and sauté for about 10 minutes or until limp. Add the baby corn and stir for another 5 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Combine the vegetables with the spaghetti and mix very well.
