Non-gebrochts (gluten-free) blondies are pretty much essential in our homes on Pesach. Enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or glass of milk.

Start Cooking

Make the Blondies

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and  nuts. 

  2. Add salt, baking powder and potato starch.

  3. Pour into a greased 9- x 13-inch pan.  Sprinkle chips on top (if you mix them in they sink to the bottom). Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  4. Cut into squares when warm.
