Vanilla Cake:
8 Eggs separated
1 cup sugar
divided
3/4 cup potato starch
1/2 cup oil
2 t orange juice
1 pkg vanilla pudding
Strawberry Filling:

1 16 oz. bag frozen strawberries
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
1 T lemon juice
1 T potato starch
Cream:
6 T confectionary sugar
1 t vanilla
2 8 oz. whip

Directions

Boil strawberries before blending.
