This apple kugel is super easy to make, and is a perfect addition to a Passover meal. Slice the apples in one bowl, mix the batter in another, pour over the apples and bake! A wonderful, gluten free side dish!
Directions
Prepare the Pesachdik Apple Kugel
1. Peel & slice apples.
2. Layer in a 9×13, sprinkling each layer with cinnamon & sugar.
3. Combine rest of ingredients and pour on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
