Pizza Mexicana


Enjoy this very tasty twist on traditional pizza…and traditional salmon for that matter! A convenient prebaked crust makes this unique taco pizza as easy as can be.


Prepare the Pizza

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
2. Spray top surface of each pizza crust with nonstick spray and place on a baking sheet.
3. Spread half of salsa on each crust. Top each crust with crushed chips, salmon, onions and cheese.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
