this is a super easy and versatile dough recipe. we make this for melave malka or anytime we need a quick dough base for pizza, garlic knots, flatbread,bagels, or anything else you can think of! enjoy!!

Ingredients

pizza/bagel/etc dough

  • •2 8 oz. plain Greek yogurt

  • •1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

  • •21/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • •1/2 teaspoon salt

•preheat oven to 400 degrees(Fahrenheit)

•mix all the ingredients together by hand ( I like to use a spatula) until they come together.

•shape and top/fill according to your preference

•bake for 20 minutes
