Ingredients

  • 2 c. oats

  • 1/3 c. oil

  • 1 1/3 c. vanilla rice milk

  • plums sliced

  • 1/3 c. honey

  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a pie dish mix together oats, oil, rice milk. Bake in oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Place plum sliced on in a circle. Mix together honey, like juice, and vanilla and pour over fruit. Bake for and additional 40 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream
