Ingredients

Protein Pancakes

  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein (sugar free)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 3 tablespoons egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • mix ins of your choice, optional

Directions

1.

Mash banana. Mix in remaining ingredients.

2.

Bake on greased or non stick pan or griddle.

3.

Put on desired toppings. Enjoy!
