Ingredients

Refreshing Fruit Smoothie

  • 1 mango, cut into cubes

  • 2 plums, sliced

  • 1 pear, peeled and sliced

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and halved

  • 2 cups almond milk or any other non dairy milk

Directions

1.

Put your fruit into the blender.

2.

Add the milk.

3.

Turn on the blender.

4.

Keep on stopping the blender until you see that all the pieces of fruit are chopped up.

5.

Serve and enjoy. (Best while eaten fresh).
