Ingredients

Cauliflower Soup

  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower

  • 1 onion

  • 1 head garlic

  • salt

  • onion soup mix

Directions

Prepare the Roasted Cauliflower Soup

1.

Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Place cauliflower and onions in pan. Wrap garlic in foil and place in pan.

3.

Roast vegetables for 45 minutes. transfer vegetables to pot.

4.

Add water, salt and soup mix.
