Vanilla roll cake with cream and chocolate ganache
4 eggs, separated
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp flour
1 tsp vanilla
parve cream
sugar
vanilla
pudding mix
parve cream
1 cup chocolate chips
Beat egg whites until stiff
Add sugar gradually
Fold in egg yolks + oil + vanilla
Fold in flour
Bake at 180 for 12-15 min
Roll with baking paper and let cool
Whip up cream
Add sugar, vanilla and pudding mix
Unroll cooled cake, spread out whipped cream and reroll
Microwave cream and chocolate chips
Pour on top of cake
